  • First of all, avoid fast food in daily routines. If you want to eat it then take only once or twice in a month.
  • Take soup of boiled vegetables which are good for health and are nutritious. If not possible take salads and include Radish, Carrot, Beetroot etc. like food.
  • As you know “Early to bed, early to rise. Makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”. So go for bed early at night and wake up early in the morning probably with or before the rising sun.
  • Wake up early in the morning in between 4:00 am to 6:00 am. Because this is a very fresh time of the day.
  • Drink some water after you wake up from sleep in the morning. It refreshes your mind and also your body.
  • Bath regularly in summer and after a break of one day in winters. (never bath in winter with water having a temperature more than 35 degrees).
  • Take good diet breakfast. Breakfast should be nutritious.
  • Practice yoga, exercise, running at least 20 minutes a day. Yoga makes your mind peaceful, boost your metabolism of the body and saves you from laziness. Yoga also increases your patience and mental peace.
  • Take breakfast, lunch and dinner at a proper time daily and also include fruits in diet.
  • Before going to bed wash your feet with warm water by adding a little bit of common salt in water. It gives you relaxed and deep sleep. It works better when you are tired.

 

  • Wash hands properly before taking any meal, after going to flush.
