  • Constipation (Kabaz)

The constipation can cause pimples and this is the reason where we don’t focus. Constipation happens when we take food and if the food does not get digested properly, it remains in intestines and if you do not pass stool daily then it is known as constipation. Constipation is the reason behind many diseases but not only a reason for pimple. So, save yourself from constipation as it creates infection in the body which results in a pimple. So, cure it quickly if you suffer from it.

  • Fast Food

The another cause of growing pimple which we know but ignore fully after being the knowledge of its side effects. As you all know that fast food is prepared with the help of chemicals which if taken in more amount are harmful to health especially for skin. So, sometimes due to fast food chemicals, which react with our body and creates an imbalance of our digestion system and leads to pimples.
But you are thinking now that your friend also takes fast food in the large amount but he/she is not suffering from pimples, the answer is that it depends on your body system, if your body system is sensitive like me you have to take proper care of yourself for being healthy because Health is wealth. Take home made healthy food.

  • Stress.

Some studies say that stress is also a cause of growing pimples. I don’t know how much it is true but I suggest you do not take any stress, not for your pimples only but also for your healthy mind and body.
Being stress-free is the solution to many problems. If being stress-free can remove your pimples then it is a golden and simple opportunity to get rid of pimples.

  • Excercise

Exercise plays a major role in our life. Everyone know exercise and yoga are good for health and helps to keep body fit. It is proved that there are some exercises which help you to get rid of pimples one of them is Anuloam Vinuloam. It takes some time but it gives you better result. I suggest you for Yoga and exercise daily for at least 20 minutes.
